Our story

My love affair with branzino started as a way to impress potential suitors.

As I honed my skills in the kitchen, I discovered the magic of sharing a meal with others, and how it can bring us closer to both the food on our plates and the people around us. This cultivated a passion for creating seafood-focused meals that spark conversations and connections. From this, Piscator was born.

Piscator started as a pop-up in the back of a Brooklyn bar, but has since expanded into catered events, private dinners, and even cookies sold at your local bagel shop.

That being said, I am thrilled to share my love for grilled fish with you, whether it's a perfectly charred branzino or part of a rejuvenating Japanese breakfast. Join me at our events and experience the joy of good food, good company, and good conversation.
